We offer free shipping to Ireland, UK and European customers.
Please ensure you provide a valid email address and telephone number when you place your order. Failure to do so could affect delivery time as we use this information to contact you should any issues arise. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 days of cleared payment - we are a small team and during particularly busy periods this can extend to 5. Should this happen we will notify you as soon as your order is received.
We will send you an email as soon as your order has been dispatched together with a tracking number. If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund or alternative.
We use the Irish national postal service 'An Post' for all shipments. Every shipment is registered, tracked and fully insured. If you specifically require an urgent or overnight service please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will do our best to organise this service for you.
Our shipping costs and delivery times are as follows:
- Ireland: Free, 2-3 working days
- UK: Free, 2-3 working days
- Europe: Free, 3-5 working days
- Worldwide: €15.00, 5-7 working days (location dependent)
If you are based in Dublin and would like to collect your item from our Dublin studio that is an option available to you. Just select 'Collection from NTN' in the shipping options and we will be in touch to organise a suitable time.
If for some reason you are not happy with your watch you can return it for a refund. Our refund policy and process is as follows: We accept returns of watches sold to you if you make a mistake, are not happy with your purchase or if the items arrive damaged or defective, as long as you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the watches, quoting “Returns Request” in the subject heading, and giving us your name, contact details, order number, reasons for return and whether you request replacement or refund. You must then return the watches by post to us within 14 days.
On receipt of your return request and the returned item in the post we will either replace the watches or fully refund the price (as per your request) within a maximum 30 days receipt of the return. The returner is responsible for any shipping charges incurred returning the watch. Where returned watches are unsealed, worn or not in reasonable re-saleable condition or, if return is due to damage or defectiveness caused by you, we will not be able to provide any replacement or refund. This includes any wear or creases on watch straps, particularly leather ones. They must be returned in perfect condition otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
We offer a 1 year warranty on faulty or defective watches. There are some items which will void your warranty however, most importantly water damage. These are as follows:
- Defect of internal or external components due to contact with water or excessive moisture.
- Watch case, lens or back plate tarnished through general wear and ageing of the product.
- Patina and general wear on Leather straps
